How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes explained in this privacy notice.

Enquiry information is usually kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a client.

Client records are usually kept for up to 6 years after the end of the coaching relationship for business, accounting, legal and insurance purposes.

Health, fitness and body composition information is kept only for as long as necessary to provide coaching services, manage progress and maintain appropriate records.

Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Where information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
